We just got back from a week long vacation at Disney World! We did the Deluxe Dining plan there and so we ate A LOT of really good food. That means this week we are trying to eat a little lighter. Publix had ground turkey on sale so we are using a lot of that this week! I needed something easy on a couple of nights as well, so here is this week for us!
Monday - Turkey Feta Burgers, Steamed Broccoli
Tuesday - Homemade Calzones (this is actually a Weight Watchers Recipe found here, it is really good, I have made it before!)
Wednesday - Baked Lemon Tilapia, Rice, Steamed Broccoli
Thursday - Spaghetti with Turkey Meatballs, Salad
Friday - Cobb Sandwiches, Grapes
Saturday - Roasted Chicken, Mac N Cheese, Steamed Broccoli
Sunday - Leftovers
Lunches - Leftovers from dinner or if there are none we will make sandwiches (usually either ham & cheese or tuna salad) with fruit and/or raw veggies & dip. If we have any leftover chicken from the one I roast this week, we will make some chicken salad for sandwiches as well.
Breakfasts - Oatmeal with blueberries, Eggs & Cheese with oranges, or Blueberry Pancakes
Snacks - Kiwi, Grapes, Oranges, Bananas, Apples, Pineapple, Carrots & Dip, or Crackers & Cheese
