Meal Plan: January 3 - January 9


Monday - Pork Tenderloin, Broccoli, Mashed Potatoes
Tuesday - Baked Ziti, Green Beans
Wednesday - Leftover Ziti
Thursday - Teriyaki Chicken (in crockpot), Rice
Friday - Baked Fish, Roasted Potatoes, Green Beans
Saturday - Breakfast for dinner (Eggs, Hashbrowns, Sausage, Toast)
Sunday - Easy Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo

Edited:  I am putting the Baked Fish off for now.  I got some good deals at the store that need to be used up soon.  The fish is frozen, so I am saving it for another time.  Also, we didn't end up having leftover ziti because I made less that normal, so I moved the Teriyaki Chicken to Wednesday and doubled it to make plenty for Thursday as well.
