Mini Pizzas for Lunch at Home

We made these for lunch one day last week and the kids really enjoyed them!  I had some leftover spaghetti sauce from a lasagna I made earlier so we took that and spread it around halved english muffins.  Then we sprinkled the top with some mozzarella cheese and popped it in the oven.  They broiled for a few minutes and then were ready to eat!  Very quick and easy to make and the kids loved that they got to help.  I didn't try them but they ate them all so they must have been good!
