Meal Planning: June 7 - June 13


Here is the plan we have for this week. Hoping we can stick to it!

Monday - Veggie Spaghetti, Salad
Tuesday - Chicken, Blackbean, & Avocado Lime Tacos
Wednesday - Leftovers (the chicken makes a lot)
Thursday - Tuna Noodle Casserole, Corn
Friday - Quesadillas, Guacamole, Salad
Saturday - Feta & Spinach Stuffed Chicken, Carrots & making Peach Cobbler for dessert
Sunday - Lemon Crumb Tilapia, Lima Beans, Salad

Lunches - Leftovers, Sandwiches, Fruit, Salads
Breakfasts - Oatmeal with Blueberries, Whole Wheat Pancakes with Blueberries, or Eggs & Cheese with Fruit (this week we have watermelon, canteloupe, pears, grapes, strawberries, blueberries, and peaches to choose from)
