
We haven't been having official meal plans the last couple of weeks. I just took a break from it and make things using with the produce we got at the farmer's market and also using up a few things we had in the pantry and freezer.
This week we are doing some of the same thing but I decided to write it out.
So... here is the plan. I have 2 new recipes this week. If they turn out OK I will post reviews. :)
Mon - Zucchini Chicken Casserole (this will be made with substitutions, not as is in the recipe listed), Carrots
Tue - Veggie Spaghetti, Salad
Wed - Couscous, Cranberry, and Feta Salad (this is a new one)
Thu - Roasted Chicken with Potatoes & Carrots
Fri - Chicken with Spinach, Cannellini Beans, & Tomatoes over linguine (using the leftover chicken from Thurs) (this is a new one that I'm making up)
Sat - Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans
Sun - Leftovers
