
I made meatballs for the first time. They actually came out really well. I made them with beef, italian bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, worchestishire sauce, salt, and some grated onion. I meant to put an egg in but I forgot! Then I just browned them on all sides in a pot with some onions and garlic.

Once they were pretty much done I added
my sauce and let them simmer for a few hours. It tasted great. We had it with spaghetti the first night and then the second night we had meatball subs.
