Tonight was Shepard's Pie done with beef from Peaceful Pastures, organic cheese and veggies, and a homemade creamy sauce. The mashed potatoes I also made just for this with red potatoes. I usually use leftover mashed potatoes for this but we didn't have any and I wanted this pie! I just brown the beef, m
ix it with the cream sauce, add veggies and put that on the bottom. Then I add the layer of potatoes and top with cheese. I usually serve it with biscuits as well. We all like this recipe and it gets gone quickly!
