I was doing so well sticking to the meal plan for the week, but today I was just not feeling the soup I had planned! I was craving Hawaiian Chicken, so I decided to make that. We had some zucchini and squash as well so I sauteed that up with a little bit of soy sauce. It was so good! For the chicken all I do is take a family size container of chicken thighs and put them on the bottom of the pan. Top with enough BBQ sauce

(homemade or your favorite brand) to cover the chicken. Then I take a large can of pineapple rings (so that it has the juice, otherwise you could use fresh) and place the rings on top of the chicken and then pour on the juice. I cook until the chicken is done (45 minutes or so it seems at 350) and then serve over rice with the sauce on top. It is excellent!

Hi there, I can't even remember how I found your blog (maybe through Organizing Junkie??) but I love the menu planning template you have and I printed it out!! And I loved your tips on how to stretch out meals using a planner.
I've got 4 kids and I'm trying my best to get super organized with meals...we're usually out at the park or out with friends until 5:00 and then I come home and scramble like mad to throw something together and it's just NOT working anymore!!!
I subscribed to your blog...I'm looking forward to learning more wonderful tips, as well as trying some new recipes!
I'm glad you like it, thanks! :)
