Spinach & Feta Turkey Burgers

Tonight was Spinach & Feta Turkey Burgers. We all love these around here, especially my one year old. She gobbles them up and asks for more. I made these with a little over a pound of ground turkey, frozen chopped spinach, and feta. I don't measure the cheese or the spinach, but just "eyeball it". If I had to guess I'd say about 3/4 cup of spinach and 1/2 cup of crumbled feta. I use the organic frozen spinach in the bag so I can just throw it right in frozen. If you have the boxed kind or fresh kind you'd have to figure out the best way to get it in there. So, I just toss the spinach and feta in and then I also put a dash of Worcestershire sauce and salt to taste. Grill them up until they are done (my husband says about 15 minutes - I don't grill!). We serve these on the organic Rudy's whole wheat hamburger buns with just mayo and lettuce. We have had them with ranch before and they were really good! I usually make roasted herbed potatoes to go with them as well, they taste great together!
