Burgers with Zucchini & Parmesan

I regret that I didn't take a picture of these, they were very good! The hubby wanted burgers last Sunday, so we had them. But instead of the making them the way we normally do, I finely grated half of a medium sized zucchini into them to add moisture, and it worked great! They were some of the best burgers I have ever had. In addition to the zucchini I put in a few tablespoons of homemade bread crumbs, a few tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese, and about a tablespoon of worcestershire sauce for a little over a pound of meat. This made four awesome burgers that we had on whole wheat organic buns. We also had herb roasted potatoes that were also great. Try this next time you make burgers and see how you like it.

Oooh, adding zucchini to the shopping list now! This sounds great! I love how you hide veggies in other foods. :-)
