Shrimp with Feta & Tomatoes over Angelhair

This dish was really simple and something I got from my mom. All I did was take some olive oil in a pan and cook half an onion and a few cloves of garlic. Once those were cooked I added a can of organic diced tomatoes. I let that get hot and mix together and then added about 1/3 of a cup of crumbed feta cheese. Then I added 1/2 pound of shrimp to it and let them cook until they were all the way pink but still tender. Be careful not to overcook them or they get rubbery! I also made about 10 ounces of whole wheat angel hair pasta to go with it. The meal was yummy and very simple. Great for something a little different!
