Saucy Honey Mustard Chicken

This was a new recipe for us and it was great! My husband and I really liked the chicken. My son busted his lip open right before dinner so I didn't give it to him as I think it would have been hard to chew and it would have stung on his lip. He did eat the salad though (w/o dressing) and that surprised me. We had a simple salad and homemade mashed potatoes with it. Anyway, here is the recipe for the chicken. We will certainly be making this again.

Saucy Honey Mustard Chicken

1 tbsp. oil

4 small boneless skinless chicken breast

1/4 cup Italian dressing

1/4 cup cream cheese

2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 tbsp. honey

In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken; cover and cook on both sides 5-6 minutes each, or until juices run clear.
Combine dressing, mustard, honey and cream cheese; pour over chicken. Cook and stir 2 minutes, or until smooth and bubbly.
