
Tonight's dinner was a whole roasted chicken with potatoes, carrots, and green beans. I just rubbed the chicken with olive oil, seasoned it with salt, pepper, and a few random spices (this time I used rosemary & thyme but they change every time depending on what we are feeling like and what I have on hand) and placed the chicken in the pan. Then I cut and seasoned the veggies the same way and placed them around the chicken. Then I roasted everything in the oven on 350 until the chicken was done (about an hour and a half for us but check it, may be slightly different for you, the internal temp is supposed to be 165). Next time I would add the green beans later, they got a little too done, but everything else was perfect. It certainly was tasty!
