Crispy Fish Nuggets

Well I tried making my own recipe for Crispy Fish Nuggets, they were pretty good, and yes they were crispy. I will have to write down the recipe and post it. We also had broccoli and & mac & cheese with white cheddar. The mac and cheese didn't turn out so well, so I won't be making that one again.

Crispy Fish Nuggets

2 large tilapia filets cut into bite sized chunks
1 cup flour
salt & pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 to 2 teaspoons paprika
panko bread crumbs (japanese style)

Preheat the oven to 425 and place a greased cookie sheet in it to be heating up. In a small bowl mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix the beaten egg and milk in another bowl. Place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl (use enough that you think it will coat the fish, you can add as you go so you don't waste any).
Using a third of the fish at a time, place fish into the flour mixtured. Take the nuggets out and dip them in the egg/milk mixture. Then move them into the third bowl with the bread crumbs and coat all the way around and set aside. Do this with all of the fish.
Once the oven is preheated and you are done breading the nuggets, take the pan out of the oven and place the fish on it in a single layer. Cooked for 6-7 minutes and then turn the nuggets. Cook until fish nuggets are done (for our size nuggets that was about 7-8 more minutes).
Serve with ketchup or tartar sauce if you like.
