Peach Cobbler Desert

This desert was really good! And not very much sugar at all. Here is what I did (by the way, I normally don't use Bisquick, we just had some in the pantry that needed using):

Peach Cobbler
1 cup milk
1 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup sugar
1 stick butter
2 cups frozen peaches (a little more is fine)
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat the oven to 375. Melt the butter. While melting, mix together all other ingredients except peaches and sugar. Add the melted butter and stir together. Pour into 8x8 square baking dish. Place the sugar in a bowl and then put the slightly defrosted peaches into the bowl and toss/coat with sugar. Place the peaches in the baking dish on top of the bisquick mixture. If you have remaining sugar, you can sprinkle it on top. Bake for 55 minutes, or until very golden brown on top and middle is done. Serve warm with frozen vanilla yogurt.
